I have purchased the game (EA FC 24) but when I am downloading it there is an error, I am not able to download the game (EA FC 24).

Please try clearing the cache for the EA app and then attempt to download it again. If that doesn't work, you can try temporarily changing the language for the app and try the process again.
Another option is to change the default installation path for the game in the settings tab. This may help complete the installation process.
