EA Account suspended for a week

Well i was playing Fc24 this afternoon and encountered a player while playing champions qualifiers, a game which i lost in extra time (120 mins). The player sent me a request and I accepted it like p...

    Hello @Sulekh22,

    the only way to dispute a ban is by contacting EA Support, who then forward the case to the Terms of Services team. The process of reviewing your account and case can take several days before a decision is made. Please wait for a reply - creating more cases won't make a difference and might actually push your case down in the waiting list on accident. We don't have access to account information here in the forum and cannot help you with this issue.

@EA_Pythia I do understand this but suspension has occurred over a very minor issue and never expected something like this to happen, I understand there is nothing in the forums to help me but i must ask you for a favour if possible, please if you can put in a word for my case it may be helpful.

    @Sulekh22,

    we can't do something like that here - we don't have that ability. 

    As I said, there is nothing we can do here in the forum and you will simply have to wait for the investigation to be concluded.
