Ea fc 24 pre load
On ea app it says that the pre load begins on 14th september but i can’t download it.

how do you now that
I bought Eafc 24 via Steam but can't preload the game using the Ea app. It gets stuck in the preparation phase. I don't want to download the game from Steam because I know there will be problems with early access if I do so. Does anyone know the solution to the problem?
