Ea fc 24 pre load
On ea app it says that the pre load begins on 14th september but i can’t download it.

If the game download is stuck at preparing status, I recommend checking your order history to see if your pre-order is already completed or also showing as "processing".
Remember that for games with pre-loading available you’ll be charged the day of pre-load release so make sure your payment method is up to date on your account so your pre-order doesn’t fail. Check this link for more information about Pre-ordering games on the EA app.

- @EA_Pulsar I bought the game fully and I paid for the ultimate but it still just says preparing and then download failed
@EA_Pulsar I bought it through steam, so it doesn't show in order history, checked that fifa 22/23 are also not in my order history but can be downloaded
I have EA Play Pro and I can't pre-load the game, the app tell me I can only download it the 29th...
it just says preparing for an hour then the download fails
I checked the order history and i own the game but it still gives me download failed and i cleared cache and restarted the app and made it run as administrator and is did everything and still nothing changed
I check it too and I preorder it 27th juli and the money haven't paid on my bank account yet. I pre-ordered it on the EA app and have it on my libary but can't install it.

THIS! If it says that your order is being handled then you can cancel it and pre order the game again after. then you can pre load it.
I canceled and bought again and now it shows as complete and has taken the money from me, bust still can't download its stuck on prepairing

I preordered the game before the 22 of august it was processing until today then I checked it wasn’t starting so I needed to cancel the order and preorder it again today (21.sep) will i get the UEFA Champions League Ultimate Team™ Hero Player Item or not because I already preordered before the 22 of august. @EA_Pulsar I already ask the EA help but I didn’t get any reply yet. When I will get the reply from EA help ? because it’s near the open day for the early access.
If I change my payment method will it charge it at the same day or?
