Ea fc 24 pre load
On ea app it says that the pre load begins on 14th september but i can’t download it.

If the game download is stuck at preparing status, I recommend checking your order history to see if your pre-order is already completed or also showing as "processing".
Remember that for games with pre-loading available you’ll be charged the day of pre-load release so make sure your payment method is up to date on your account so your pre-order doesn’t fail. Check this link for more information about Pre-ordering games on the EA app.
I checked the order history and i own the game but it still gives me download failed and i cleared cache and restarted the app and made it run as administrator and is did everything and still nothing changed
I check it too and I preorder it 27th juli and the money haven't paid on my bank account yet. I pre-ordered it on the EA app and have it on my libary but can't install it.

Pretty sure Pre load still isn't for a couple days. Maybe that's why?
