Ea fc 24 pre load
On ea app it says that the pre load begins on 14th september but i can’t download it.

Community ManagerThe reason most pre-order transactions fail is usually because of incorrect payment information or not having enough funds to complete the transaction. Just remember, payment is only charged on the day the pre-load is released for EA app purchases.

now I am in downloading phase and give me preparing and don't start downloading

before 22 September because I bought ultimate edition It's very wierd that I have the money and I have wrote in my payment information correct becauce EA play is paid each month.
- @EA_Pulsar i pre ordered the game but it keeps sending me an email saying there's an issue with your pre order u have to update the payment method i did that and it keep saying the same stuff but i do have the game in my library
ok, but if it says "processing", what do I have to do to get solutions? I understand that they have already charged me the payment.
