If your transaction is stuck and showing a 'Processing' status, it could indicate an issue with the purchase finalization process. This can happen due to a few reasons, as mentioned earlier. I'd advise checking the transaction logs as there is still time for making pre-orders. Just contacted EA Support. They said we won't be able to download it until 22 Sep. BS at it's finest, whats the point of "pre-loading it" then
