Ea fc 24 pre load
On ea app it says that the pre load begins on 14th september but i can’t download it.

Community ManagerIf your transaction is stuck and showing a 'Processing' status, it could indicate an issue with the purchase finalization process. @EA_Pulsar I've changed my payment method anyway, and I'm still in "processing".
Just contacted EA Support. They said we won't be able to download it until 22 Sep. BS at it's finest, whats the point of "pre-loading it" then
