3 years agoIf your transaction is stuck and showing a 'Processing' status, it could indicate an issue with the purchase finalization process. This can happen due to a few reasons, as mentioned earlier. I'd advise checking the transaction logs as there is still time for making pre-orders. Our support team can be of assistance in this regard as we are unable to review individual order details here on the forums.
