I'm a Seasons player and that game mode is broken too!
Basically, games kick off and then instead of you playing against another human, you have the AI vs the AI! This happens very often, at least every 4th game or so.
In addition to this, I have had games where I am playing against the AI rather than another person! You can tell because there is no icon above their head. I've messaged the person I was matched up with and we both have played a different game against the AI with different results!
This was happening in the Beta and I reported it here, but its still in the game.
You are quite to point out the only mode that works is FUT. Surprise surprise. They honestly don't give a damn and I furious. Looking to get a refund too as the product is completely broken.
@hazzabee I noticed that with the AI as well, a few times. Sometimes that coincides with the pause button not working so you can't even pause it to quit the game at the start. It's ridiculous that two updates in and they haven't managed to fix that
