I'm a Seasons player and that game mode is broken too!
Basically, games kick off and then instead of you playing against another human, you have the AI vs the AI! This happens very often, at least every 4th game or so.
In addition to this, I have had games where I am playing against the AI rather than another person! You can tell because there is no icon above their head. I've messaged the person I was matched up with and we both have played a different game against the AI with different results!
This was happening in the Beta and I reported it here, but its still in the game.
You are quite to point out the only mode that works is FUT. Surprise surprise. They honestly don't give a damn and I furious. Looking to get a refund too as the product is completely broken.
I have also seen the AI vs AI after kick off in Seasons.
I also had one game where it was me vs the human in the first half and then me vs his AI in the second. I believe the Connection gave out after a bit.
Other matches work fine but there is a bug somewhere in there.
Hoping EA will sort these things out ASAP.
I have also seen Red cards given but the ref shows a yellow card instead.
AND - The fact that they haven't given Seasons mode it's own topic board says it all. Force me to UT and I quit this game for good. Simple.
