Community ManagerThe last update should resolve similar issues in the Career mode, as we've seen similar reports on our boards, here:

You may need to start a new career to avoid the crash occurring again.
I tried starting a new career mode but the game still was crashing. could it be something with the league im playing in. both career modes i used a team in the championship being birmingham city and sunderland
