EA FC24 manager career.

I play almost exclusively in manager career. Although the game evolved through time, the career mode  has some significant set backs that are annoying and unrealistic. So these are my proposals for corrections or improvements.

1. Managers and staff.

a. Managers don't sign contracts. So if you want to change teams, you must either be sacked or go to another team in midseason.

b. Managers don't get job proposals from other teams.

c. When looking for another team, you see jobs for teams of the same league and just another one league.  Also the new jobs are  of the same, more or less, wage. I prefer to see more job opportunities, even form teams with lower wage but of greater challenge.

d. Season objectives are unrealistic. For example, it is almost impossible to reach last sixteen of FA Cup, with a  4th division team (EFL2). Also when you are 4th division team it s almost impossible to earn 30,000,000$. Or a team which won Cuo, or a Championship, is n't getting better known by signing a crucial player.

e. Coaches and scouts should have a better experience rating after some time and especially, if team is successful.

2. Club

a. Attendance doesn't improve no matter how successful the team is. This is especially true for clubs created by user.

b. Finances should be more realistic. For example a club with average of 1,500 tickets is impossible to sell 60,000 shirts. 

c. Stadium improvements should affect the budget of the team and shouldn't happen instantly.  I would like and a variety of improvements (for example add 3, 000 seats)

d. It would be nice to allow some small modification of club crests like adding stars and etc.

e. Shirts of authentic teams should also change at the end of season. 

3. Youth team.

a. Youth teams should have at least 24 players instead of 16 that have now.

b. Youth teams should have their own coaches, and player improvement should be autonomous.

c. Talented players should develop faster. A player with potential 88-94, should be more than 60 at his 16 and not 48 as it happens now. 

d. More names needed. I had in my team 3 Rossis and 2 Costas.

4. Team players

a. Players are easily frustrated, without particular reason. For example player with rotation contract, with neutral  player performance, positive team performance, neutral play time, although he played more than half of the games and positive contract, is very unhappy!

b. Players in continuously good form should get a  new better rating. For example, a Striker with rating 74 and +5, which as I get it, means that the player is playing like a player with rating 79, after some weeks should get a +1 at his rating, no matter when he gets this, through his training. 

c. If a player is used in different position than his own should get improved at the attributes of his new position. 

5. Playing the match

a. Opposing team always attack or defend with more players. Especially in defence, middlefielders and attackers tend to stay behind the ball, instead of in front, and no matter what the instructions or the settings are.

b. Sometimes when counterattacking, the rest of the attacking players don't follow. Sometimes the player who runs next to the player with the ball, closes down to him,  instead of going further left or right , to get a pass.

c. Yellow, red cards, penalties and free kicks and offsides should be reexamined.
