Hello, I have the same issue. My son has a child account, which I don't seem to be able to find any settings for under my EA account to be able to manage it. He is trying to add a frinds from the PSN to play some FC cross play but when adding the friend I jut see the error: 'Could not send friend request, try again'
I've checked cross play is enabled, his profile is marked as showing online, and all his Xbox account settings are unrestricted and enabled for cross play and to be able to add friends. This can only be an EA account ID issue. Any ideas?
