Hey @hridharoaxz There may be an issue with your order status if the game download process cannot be started.

Yea I bought the loyalty version yesterday on EA app and I am stuck in “preparing” when trying to download.  I’ve tried clearing the cache and running as admin and nothing.  Really frustrating how EA always seems to have some * up with just being able to play the damn game.  Idk what to do, might just ask for a refund.
