EA Support not responding to cases?
Started a new case with EA over a Unjust Account Ban and still have not received a response back. Sent on approx. Thursday

Hey @Arnes270-,
It can take a few days for our terms of service team to get back to you, but you can always check the status of your cases if that puts you at ease. Just be careful not to resume them, as that'll pull them out of the queue and it'll take longer for them to get back to you.
