Ea the worst customer service and help

So the system has * me.

Use squad builder for an SBC selected don't use active squad players. It not only auto submits but takes two players out of my active team.

Absolutely 0 point using the help team no help no resolution just generic replies of they can't do anything. If the glitch had benefitted the player no doubt they'd be quick to resolve it. 

Brain dead company

    Hey @tytgav there is nothing that we can do in cases of accidental submissions

    Hello, 

    As I have said to customer service and in the post it wasn't an accidental submission. 

    Once I clicked build on the squad builder it automatically submitted it without any further input from me.

    I understand accidentally doing it but to not have a the ability to fix a glitch in your own system is poor.

    I have also posted this in the glitch forum and just been told nothing to be done. I can't exactly replicate it to prove it as if I lose more players and you aren't going to fix it I just lose more.

    Ridiculous really that your system glitches and you can't resolve it. Guaranteed if it gave me unlimited EA points you would have a fix in no time. Jokers.

    @tytgav What customer service? There's no customer service. They know with all the shady sh!t they do they would be flooded under angry customers.

    @EA_Darko But "your team" didn't do sh!t. Saying you "looked into it" doesn't do anything. Actually doing it AND trying to solve the issue is what would do something.
    But asking EA to work is just too much.

    Whilst the language is colourful he's not wrong no-one looks into any issue they just tell you to post on this forum for additional help and you come on here and you guys just parrot back nothing to be done. 

    I've literally explained there is a problem with the system but there isn't any progress or even thank you for the feedback no fix available currently but we shall investigate.  It's just we can't fix it that's it deal with the problem. However if there is a glitch that hinders EA it's fixed asap.
