Tried to use the eafc beta code I was sent but won’t even let me redeem it on ps4 or ps5

This Beta is only accessible in the US and UK regions. Please keep in mind that certain platforms like PlayStation region lock content; if your EA account region is set to a country different than your actual location your code will not work as it is tied to a different region.

I have a British Playstation account and I was sent the wrong code so I cannot redeem my beta test please fix this thank you
I got the code on Xbox ss and it gave me a golf game instead even tho it says on email eafc 24 wonder if it’s a glitch?

Hello,
Today I received an EA FC 24 Beta Code but for the wrong platform! My EA account and email preferences are registered with my Xbox Series X, but the code I received is for Playstation, so I am unable to redeem my code for the beta. Is there anyway to resolve this issue? For reference, I have attached two screenshots.

Redeemed it for ps5 and it's just loaded at the menu so back out and retried. It bow days it's redeemed but I can't find it anywhere.
It's not in the uploads and downloads but I do see it in my transaction history.
