EAFC 24 companion app error

I had downloaded the Trial version of EAFC 24 on Xbox but now I purchased it on Xbox market. Yet my companion app gives me error saying I am still using trial version hence I can't use companion app. Any solution to this problem?

    Hey @ndnisarg 

    Please ensure that you have purchased the full version of the game on the same Xbox and EA account where you previously installed the trial version. In case you have multiple accounts, kindly try logging in with other email addresses as well.

    If you have recently purchased the game, please try playing more games in Ultimate Team and completing other activities, as it may also help.

    Hello, I have only one EA and Xbox account on which I purchased the game. And both accounts are linked. Not sure what I can do here. Please help

    Did the error occur on both the EA app and the UT web app? Have you tried uninstalling and redownloading the game after purchase?
