EAFC 24 PC not launching

My FC 24 also doesnt launch. I tried many different things, hours with EA support and no solution.
I want a refund, but EA webpage doesnt allow me to request it. That's a sad situation, I cannot play, nether request a refund, and I dont have any help!
What are you guys doing? Did you just give up? The game I paid for doesnt work, I want my money back!
