EAFC coin traders

Can someone please explain how EA allow coin traders to operate so easily and publicly. There are scores of these traders with full blown websites and registered business’ and yet EA do nothing ? Furthermore there are countless trading tip groups on discord ect and.all of which do nothing but destroy the market for everyday users and make it impossible to be casual player of this game anymore.

Lastly the hundreds of YouTubers who then promote the coin sites and trading groups are never banned for promoting them when a lot of them play with the user names right there in the screen ?? 

EA could easily stop this I suspect they don’t as they still think it drives traffic to the game.
