EAFC Sanction? Coin Wipe

I logged into my account today and it looks like I've been coin wiped for no reason. I've been rading hard for the past 6 weeks and managed to build up to 8m coins at the time of my coin wipe. I've logged into my account and under bans, it says I have a sanction but it doesn't a reason either? I did not receive any emails about this either.

Hey @JazzyChoi91 you need to appeal your ban with our TOS team: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

They are the only ones who can assist you.

Contact support and see what’s going on and try to dispute it.

How long do they usually take? By the time they sort this out, TOTS will probably be over

Not really sure if there is a time frame. Probably depends how busy they are and how long it takes them to look into your case.

I appealed through that link and they claim I was coin distribution despite no sanction listed on my account. I did not do this. 9 million coins wiped and hours wasted.
