EAFC24 Controls Not Right

My controls have suddenly stopped working, initially my controls allowed me to press with R1 and standing tackle with Circle (as in basic controls). However they have now changed to R1 doing nothing and Circle for press. I cannot even go into customise controls and change them back as there is no profile associated with R1. Making the game unplayable.

Attacking is unaffected only defending, there is no button mapped to standing tackle.
