epic games "You Don't Have Access" error in EA app january

how can i fix this problem ? i cant access to game though i did bought the game on Epic Games.

    This error typically means you're logging into a different EA account than the EA account that your Epic is linked with. Please look over the Connections section on your account here to verify that you're logging in correctly.

    i'm having the same problem myself. I bought the EA FC 24 game from Epic Games. I have linked my Epic Games account with the EA application. (By the way, I've linked the correct accounts, not different accounts.Dec.) but there are no games in the EA app. I'm requesting help, or I'll return the game.
