Extreme Lag and can't even do any transfer negotiations on the Switch

Every time I play FC24 on the Switch, it just lags to such an extreme amount it's just unplayable. For example I could try and make a transfer like signing Harry Kane, but I simply can't do that as the game just freezes at a random moment and I need to restart the whole game all over again, then the same issue would reoccur just like last time. This type of lag also happens in ultimate team. When I open a simple pack it just ends up lagging extremely during the animation and so much that the animation would just end up crashing without me even seeing who I just packed, and when the packs do open normally the picture is so low Res that seeing the player you just packed is physically impossible. EA please do something about this!
