Is there an F. A. Cup licence? I went through the official website and I can't find it on the list.

That list is only a list of leagues in the game that are already confirmed. There are no cups in it at all. All licences will be announced nearer to launch but I'd personally be very very surprised if it's not in the game.

Career Mode is definitely in the game as they've already announced it. The full announcement is due in the next few days (EA have said "July").
Yeah I know the career deep dive I think is going up this week sometime. I don' t know when exactly though but I suspect it'll be Thursday given we're already in Tuesda yan dthere's been no word and this is the last week of July. The other deep dives are sett ocome in August along with the Beta testing for anyone who's selected. I haven't preordered yet but I probably will once I've taken a look at the career deep dive as I already am liking what I've seen so far
