Hello team
I can't get commentary to work on my PS5.
I do not have stereo (I'm not tech😅) as an option for out put. I do have Dolby and my sound bar does support Dolby, my TV (Amazon fire TV) too does has it.I have tried everything but still no sound...I'm very frustrated here please any help ??? 😭
Community ManagerHey, @Hab-Nick, You can change the audio device to TV or headphones and then use mono or stereo (2-channel) audio, to check if you will hear the commentary in that setting. ( PS5, head to Settings > Sound > Audio Output)
Please make sure to set the stereo mode also on your TV audio settings.

However, I have tried that but it doesn't seem to work. I have literally tried every setting but nothing is working....my PS5 has ARC as well as the TV and the sound bar......do I need to completely remove the sound bar??? I'm so frustrated right now 😞
Community ManagerTry disconnecting the soundbar only for the test or switching to headphones with mono or stereo settings to confirm if you will then hear everything correctly.
Disconnect any other Bluetooth devices from your console.
