FC 24 Arabic Commentary PS5

I have two problems with fc 24 on my ps5:

1. Is most important, the Arabic commentary is selected but only English Audio is heard. I have deleted and redownloaded the game without any change. It’s really annoying.

2. The store shows that i have one gift, when opened, there is nothing. This since the game was downloaded without any change.

i hope these issues are resolved as soon as possible.
