@khevan5967 I have the same problem. And EA help is a joke. Did you manage to solve the issue?

If that does not help then you need to speak with PSN support

- 2 years ago@EA_Darko Spoke with them they suggested to check the disc region well mine is region 2 so i created an account with region 2 but still nothing i think its a scam lol
- 2 years ago@khevan5967 yeah same here. Region 2 as well. Did you speak with the EA guys or was it the PSN support guys?

@EA_Darko Yeah man. I read it thoroughly. Still nothing. As you can see in the attached snaps: I don't have the “upgrade” option on the game hub. Just “copy”, which basically downloads the ps4 version on my ps5 console. And in my library only the ps4 badge appears on the game icon. I also made sure that my psn account matches the disc region.
