@Ahmad_ShakerI spoke with PSN Export guy, he asked me some question and I was able to get the PS5 upgrade.
On my disc it is written CUSA-40324 , he asked for this and checked and came back with an answer that the game is from Europe region, and suggested I create a UK or France account. I did and I got the upgrade to ps5 but you have to look for it in PSN Store while having the disc inserted.

@EA_Darko Yeah man. I read it thoroughly. Still nothing. As you can see in the attached snaps: I don't have the “upgrade” option on the game hub. Just “copy”, which basically downloads the ps4 version on my ps5 console. And in my library only the ps4 badge appears on the game icon. I also made sure that my psn account matches the disc region.
