FC 24 stolen coins and player

I purchased on the transfer market in the ultimate team of EA FC 24. I purchased a player for the amount of 9,000 coins. After winning the bid I looked the player up and it wasn’t there and my coins were gone. I did a second attempt and this time it was around 10,000 coins for the player and it happened again. I did everything from restarting the console to maybe thinking it was a mistake but nope. Player was not there and coins were gone.
