fc 24 the game crashes during the first seconds of the into video

I bought FC 24 ultumate edition in the steam. Have an EA app. Everything should work. However, the game crashes during the first seconds of the intro video without any error. As I understand, this is because I can't connect to online mathces (Ultimate team) as if I turn off my internet connection, I can easily get into the game. And if I connect the internet again inside the game and try to open Ultimate team, it drops me out from the game.

Need help with this issue.
