Fc 25 dual entitlement
I have the ps4 disc version of fc 25 and i just got a ps5. If i use the voucher code for the ps5 upgrade, will it stay on my library on my ps account if i use it on another ps5

If you have a game on your PlayStation account, when you log in with your account on a different device, you should see your games available to download on the new device as long as you own the game on your PlayStation account.
