As you can see from the photo, the website doesnt allow me to go to live chat or open a new case. Thats why i have written here. Can you help me? Why doesnt the website allow me to open a case or go into live chat?
@derings10 If you are still having trouble, try a different browser and then try this link; I'm sure you will then be able to see the chat option.
Yeah when i log out and try anonymously it shows up, but it doesnt show up when i sign in. Why is that? Am i shadow banned from ea help lol?
yes you are shadow banned happened to me also a while ago because EA is a garbage company who care only about micro transactions than problems with the garbage game and this forum is a joke because they dont adrress the problems what comutinty are asking them
