Community ManagerHey @spudgun7171 if multiple people are accessing the same copy of a game then any additional content or DLC will only be redeemable on the primary account.
Any other accounts accessing the game will not have access to the additional content.
For more info about game sharing you will need to speak with the platform owner, PSN in your case.

Hi, thank you firstly for the quick reply.
However.... is there any way I can share the benefits between the two boys, both paid £45 out of their own money for this game and were really excited to do so. The lack of benefits for my 2nd son (through no fault of his own) leaves a child very disappointed and questioning why he bothered to pay extra. At no point did EA point out thatthe benefits would only go to one account (they have seperate PSN profiles on the same PS4.
This does not seem a fair outcome for 2 boys who are big fans (and future customers) of the EA FC franchaise. Can EA help?

All pre-order content is for use with one EA account and is non-transferable
Game sharing is something that the console platform allows and any questions about it you would need to direct to their support.

- @EA_Darko I'm a parent who also bought the FC24 ultimate edition for my son, and the extra content didn't appear for him also... He is a child, he doesn't have a credit card, I am the one responsible for buying games for him, and he didn't received anything that I bought for him... this shouldn't be this way, right?
