My account has been secured, but that does not resolve the missing content issue - which is massive.
I know from experience that only the Studio can resolve this - and as there is no direct channel of communication between users and the Studio, it requires a Customer Experience intermediary.
That is what happened on the three previous hacks, and all I am asking for here is for someone to make direct contact with me from the relevant team so that this issue can be resolved.
I am afraid that constantly looping me back to the EA Help agents (who have zero authority to resolve this issue) is of no help whatsoever.
I cannot believe that, in a multi-billion dollar organisation like Electronic Arts, and for a multi-billion dollar franchise like FC, there is not a dedicated Customer Experience escalation team to deal with serious breaches such as those that have occurred here.
