FC24 AI

I'm curious why the AI in FC24 isn't very realistic. When the game decides the Ballon d'or candidates, what game criteria is being used?  I have players on a team setting scoring records, away on international duty, winning domestic and european cups, but never mentioned as a finalist for the award.

Also, players crucial to their team's success don't complain to the manager when they're left out of 1 game.  The AI doesn't take into account the number of games played, the amount of energy the players has for the next match, and sometimes a player just needs a rest to recharge the batteries.  

Even if a player is unhappy about missing a game or two, they never go to the manager and make threats, nor does it leak to the press that they're unsettled or unhappy about missing one or two games.  

Game is great, but not very realistic when it comes to player/manager interactions and the Ballon d'or selection process. If it's just a popularity contest, then remove it because players crucial to their team's success, but aren't known around the footballing world don't even make the list of potential winners.
