FC24 player carrer: How do I increase sprint speed?

Hello everyone,

I once again bought the new version of FIFA, or as it is now called FC24, in the Steam Sale, and wanted to try out my gaming career again: Now I only have one question: In my last FIFA game, FIFA19, I was still able to reach a higher ranking in sprint speed through training. Is this feature no longer available in favor of the XP system? I don't seem to be able to get my 197cm tall player past a sprint speed of 72. I've already selected the entire speed section. Of course it's not very good in the center forward position, in reality there are also tall, fast players.
