@ridaab11For FC points, if less than 24 hours have passed since purchase, you must wait 24 hours. and make sure to restart your console. If points are still missing after this period, please contact EA Support.
It’s been weeks. I did that purchase to see if it will work but it didn’t.
the main issue here is that the points section inside Ultimate team doesn’t exist (I can’t purchase points from the game)
Any idea of how I can get the points section inside the game appears?

If you can see in top next to ( previewed ) there’s no FC points section
I can’t buy FC24 points
