FC24 Points to FC25 for second time

I had accidentally bought fifa points for FC24. I have previously transferred only 50 points over to FC25 from last year. I have £30 worth of points on FC24 yet I believe I can only transfer once so think I have missed this. Can anyone advise? I cannot contact EA Live anywhere. Genuine mistake which I’m trying to reverse.
