Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you might be having some connection issues. I'll try to help with that. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

You've got a fair amount of packet loss which is contributing to the low score. Have you spoken with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues with your connection?
@itsouthy007Are you switching between a wired and wireless connection? If so, make sure you use a wired connection. Can you get me a screenshot of the match history? That is on the left side of the Connection Quality Report page.

So you are saying that the low score could be the problem for @itsouthy007 and the packet loss (0.04% which by the way, according with your (EA) graph is under the great section), how about my connection score (97 out of 100), having the same unplayable game with a 0.01% packet loss, stil my ISP?
