Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you might be having some connection issues. I'll try to help with that. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.
yea, this is just getting ridiculous. ive just played a really hard fought game where i was able to overtake the score, end up winning 4-3 and the game just sits there waiting to load the match overview then it kicks me out. says i disconnected and dont get the damn win. i work, and am trying to squeeze some games in before shift starts and end up getting this???? and its not the first time either.you guys make money over fist with all the pack sales and what not and cant provide good service from your end to have a good quality product that we as consumers can enjoy???? smdh!!!
