Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you might be having some connection issues. I'll try to help with that. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

Dear @EA_Aljo ,you asked for connection evidence, right? All the screenshots were attached by @itsouthy007 ( I will also provide mine), now what is the next step, what is your investigation or what can you share in exchange to improve the gampeplay connection?
Seems to be absolutely impossible to have the proper support...or at least an explication..on how this game is so bad in more than optimal conditions?
