Community ManagerI'm not an engineer. I help with support related issues, but this isn't an engineer role. Regardless, you're making the claim that faster players are being beat by slower players. We're not aware of any issues that would cause this. You're welcome to submit a bug report with videos showing what's happening here.
I honestly do not understand your sentence, you are not engineer but your are here to support related issues, well bad gameplay is my issue but you cannot help.
And about the fact that you are "not aware about any issues that would cause this", everyone is mentioning this, only EA support is not aware about it...this is absolutely fantastic.
In any case, I believe you can close this thread, it's astonishingly disappointing how EA is supposedly assisting customers.

My role is mainly to moderate the forums and help with support issues. Regardless, what you're talking about is not something we can help with. Again, you're more than welcome to gather videos showing the problem and post it to the bugs forum. There is no known issue with slower players beating faster players. I'm aware of those claims, but to my knowledge they are unverified.
