FC24 uses internal graphics card

I use FC24 via EA application and recently it only works with internal graphics card. It does not use external RTX graphics card. RTX works in other games but it works with internal in FC24. I did AMD and Nvidia updates. I selected RTX from Nvidia control panel. I also said use Nvidia for FC24 and FC24 trial from Windows program settings. I deleted FC24 and reinstalled it. Windows is up to date and original. There were FC24 updates, I wonder if it happened after this? I also connected the laptop to the second monitor but I don't think it will affect it. I adjusted the resolution settings. I even ran it without a monitor and it still uses the internal graphics card. I also did things like sfc SCANNOW via CMD, some corrupted files were fixed. Is the problem in FC24? I am waiting for your help. Thanks.
