Fifa 23 transfer account to EA FC 24? Email changed / platform changed

Hi there, I just pre-ordered the new EA FC 24 on my ps5 ( i am currently playing fifa 23 on Xbox series S ). I am wondering if I can transfer my history, to get rewards from XBOX to PS5 ( my email address associated with the account is [edit: email address removed], but the PS5 account it's made on another address [edit: email address removed] ) And I don't know if it is possible, because I want to keep track of my history and get new rewards as a new game releases.. Hope you can help me out, THANK YOU!

    We are unable to assist with any account changes on the forums whatsoever, so I'm afraid you will need to get back in touch with support.

    If you're unable to resume a previous case, you can create a new case here to get back in touch with the support team so they can assist further.

    Hey @TomitzaKK,

    If you have two separate accounts, you'll need to get in touch with support directly to have those accounts merged together.

    Keep in mind however, that your progress on one platform does not carry over to another and cannot be transferred at this time.

    It may help to get all your platforms linked to the same EA account for ease of use and convenience, but it wouldn't transfer progress as you're hoping I'm afraid.

    You can open a new case using the steps on the EA Help website to get in touch with our support team so they can assist further.
  • Hi there @EA_Mako,

    I have opened a case 3 weeks ago and it shows me it's closed but no answer on that one, it will be okay if history will remain but I want to merge the account from xbox with this one on ps5 to be my main and only account.

    I tried to reopen the case but didn't work, instead it telling me to go to answer faq ( it's an automatic answer ) but didn't get any help from EA...
