FIFA 24 glitch

I have just bought FIFA 2024 and lost 5 games instantly due to lag. When going to play foot champs the game does not show the oppositions team and loads straight into the game. once in the game I am either told their is a connection glitch or the game plays but with multiple glitches such as not being able to pass and multiple balls on pitch. I am very upset about this due to spending a lot of money on a game I am unable to play.  I would like to be compensated in some way for this as this is not the standard I expect from such a high profile game. I have attached a video showing some of the shocking glitching that had occurred while trying to play.
