founders bonus

i did not get the founders pack is it because im playing it via EA play pro?

    Unfortunately, there aren't anymore packs being given out for starting out. :/

    No welcome back packs, etc.

everyone that plays before november gets the founders pack it is in the promotion materials.  please let us know what is going on so we can get the kit and work on the objectives.

I do not see any info on the founders bonus. It said you get a 5 star coach in CM.
