i did not get the founders pack is it because im playing it via EA play pro?

Did you find out how to get it?
I got the FC Founder adidas offer, but I don't see any evolution items or even the badge you're supposed to get. I think the trial is enough because there's no mentions of it not being unlocked if you only use the trial to play the game.
