Fut champs matches

I was winning a game of FUT Champs Finals and my opponent rage quit. I was not given the win and no record of the match. I was then loosing a match 3-2 and my opponent disconnects and I was given a loss even though I had 30 minuntes left to play. I spoke to EA help and they couldn't help me but advised I post in here. It has cost me 14 wins on FUT Champs.

Is it possible to get compensation? As I can’t get 14 wins now from the champs league.

How is it that you’re able to compensate for store pack mistakes but when the quality of gameplay is lacking or the servers are poor you can’t? I was just disconnected from two consecutive FUT champs games and given a loss even though I didn’t lose. With the time spent for champs redemption and then to qualify, surely there has to be some sort of compensation.

It’s a waste of time for me to do all that to qualify just to get Eiffel towered by the poor gameplay and server issues just to play half a game and get handed a loss with nothing to show for it.

Connection is something that you need to work on from your end @Thefunky4plus1.
