The game keeps closing as soon as splash screen disappears. I have tried various solution methods to deal with that, but nothing has worked so far. I have contacted to EA support and I have been told that it's a problem with my account. Please help me to solve the problem or refund my payment.
Hello, i have contacted ea several times without ant resultd of their help working. I write this question in hope of any decent help to fix this issue instead of wasting my time with ea, they need to fix there support system maybe add a phone number. Onto the issue- once i load into ea from the ea app everything is fine until i choose the file and it automatically crashes sending me back to the ea app. Is there any fix?
